We have taken great care to make sure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, we reserve the right to make any changes, technical or otherwise to product specification.
Placing an order (by any method) indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
The contract between us:
When you place an order with Really Rural Ltd, you are making an offer, which the company can either accept or decline. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order, or an official purchase order if you are a school or Government establishment, before your order can be accepted. Once payment, or purchase order, has been received by us, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted to the email address you provide. Please notify us if you do not receive an email. Acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. The agreement is governed by English law.
Retention of title:
All goods remain the property of Really Rural Ltd until paid for in full. Once you have received the goods, we will not be liable to their loss or destruction and you will hold the goods at your own risk.

For schools and government establishments, we accept official purchase orders.
We accept purchase orders from education and government establishments.

Delivery Charges (mainland UK)
Outside the UK
We currently do not ship overseas.
Currently items on our website are classified as special orders. Special orders take different times to be prepared. An outline of the delivery time is given in the product description on the website. We endeavour to deliver your goods to the address you supply, within 10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil this we will let you know.
If you need you order to be delivered urgently, please let us know when placing your order, by filling in the details on the comments box. Please do not make an order on the assumption that your products will arrive the next day.
On occasion, products will be discontinued for reasons beyond our control.
We currently do not ship overseas.
Right for you to cancel your order:
You can cancel your order, but if you have received your goods, before you cancel, then you must send the goods back to us at

Special orders may be subject to an administration fee.
The item is your full responsibility until it is returned to us. We recommend, therefore, that you return your item using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is entirely your responsibility. Returned items must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, you need to complete a returns form and enclose it with the items. We will credit your account, once the goods have been received and checked that they are in exactly the same condition as when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or you do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the costs of recovering the goods from the amount that is to be re-credited to you.
Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel the order between us if:
we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered
we do not deliver to your area or country
one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your payment method as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer an additional compensation.
Goods that are damaged/incorrect delivery/orders that don’t turn up
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, postal strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems.
If your goods are damaged or your order is incomplete or incorrect, notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery. For non-delivery of orders, notification must also be made within 24 hours working of the expected delivery date. Claims outside this period will not be accepted.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) in connection with the contract between us. We will not be liable to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question.
Really Rural Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damages or expenses arising from the late delivery of goods by the seller, its agents or its agent’s carriers due to any cause whatsoever.
When a courier is not able to deliver / refused deliveries
If a courier has not be able to deliver an order or the delivery has been refused, this will be subject to a return fee plus an admin fee; these fees will vary depending on the order and which shipping method was used to send it. If a re-delivery request is made you will be re-charged the initial shipping fee, plus the return fee and any further costs incurred by the company.
