Our Woodland Wellbeing programme, applies the principles of the NHS ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ (Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Learn and Give) to deliver woodland based activities. Fresh air is stimulating for the mind, brightening your mood and improving your fitness. Activities are tailored to reflect the needs and aspirations of those involved.
